Call Manager Office is a convergent service between wired telephone and smart devices (PC, smartphone). Call Manager Office provides a new marketing service to existing wired phone users that enables customer management, marketing, and call management at a time with optimal cost, by making the existing wired phone service environment become smart. Call Manager Office also gives a sales increase effect to wired phone service providers through existing customer retention and new acquisitions, and increased wired telephone traffic.
